5,772 extractive question-and-answer pairs built from the National Health Profile 2022, published by the Central Bureau of Health Intelligence (CBHI), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. The source report covers India's health and demographic indicators, vital statistics, health infrastructure, socio-economic factors and health programmes, including state/UT-wise data on mortality rates, causes of death, health expenditure, medical education, health insurance, rural health statistics, AYUSH facilities, mental hospitals and vaccine supply. Every answer is a verbatim span of text the report prints. Each row carries the passage the answer sits in, the character offset of the answer within that passage, the exact source quote, the page number and the location inside the document, so any row can be checked against the original PDF. The pairs were derived from 144 captioned tables out of 410 detected in the report. All 5,772 rows are value-type questions that restate a figure or a table cell; this release contains no explanatory questions, because the source states figures rather than explaining them. 96.45% of rows pass the corpus quality gate with zero blocking findings.
